Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our Products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa , Mastercard, PayPal. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We use FedEx ground to ship within the continental United States. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and other parts of the world we use USPS. on average ground shipping + packaging cost about 12% of the total retail price, starting at $4.00 (more to Hawaii, Alaska, or for faster shipping)
Orders Shipped within of our State of California pay 8.75% of State Taxes.
Take on average no more then 7 business days for orders get to you from the time you order.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach ECI (Eletronic Commerce International) computer. Which includes a state-of-the-art fraud prevention program, FraudTrack2. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns & Credit Policy
Call us for instructions for return policy. If it is a mistake on our part, we will replace or give you a full refund. A 20% restocking charge will apply if product is returned due to costumer error.,br>
CANCELATIONS: Every time a customer place an order at our site, the Credit Card Company charge us 2.5% of transaction fee, If you decide to cancel your order 2 minuts after you place it, We will charge you the 5% trasaction fee the credit card company charge us. (2.5% when you place the order plus 2.5% when you cancel the order)
