Activity:
In the final stage of number work for 1 to 10 the child applies his skills in associating quantity and symbol by identifying and placing the numerals in their proper sequence and then associating their corresponding amount of counters beneath them. The pattern in which they are placed is used to introduce the concept of odd and even. The counters are designed to enable the 3 finger activity
